Monkey Bread

Mmm...I think the person responsible for creating this sugary, buttery wonderfulness deserves a medal. This isn't gonna help the weight loss, but oh,well. What I have learned through all this is that you can actually indulge in a little sweetness and still lose weight as long as you don't overdo it the rest of the day. For those of you who have never had this, you need to try it. For those who know how good it is, I'll bet you will want some by the end of this post :)
So we will start with the ingredients:

You will need:
3 (10 ounce) cans of refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 - 1 cup butter (I think I used 3/4 cup)
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp water
1/2 cup nuts (I omitted this part)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. If you want nuts, place them in the bottom of a greased bundt pan. Follow instructions under the pics :)

Next, quarter the biscuits. As you can see, I think I grabbed one can of buttery ones. Oh, well...
Combine the cinnamon and sugar.
Coat the biscuit pieces with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place biscuits in bundt pan and sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar mixture on top.

Heat brown sugar, butter, and water until boiling. Boil for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
Pour brown sugar mixture over the biscuit pieces. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done. Pull apart and enjoy!!!!
